ROAR 3

5 Things I Understand

1. Montag is mocked by his other fireman friends because the hound does not want Montag to touch him.
2. Montag forms a closer bond with his neighbor Clarisse who seems to be very curious.
3. Clarisse asks Montag why he didn't have any children and she seems to be curious about many things that Montag has never even considered himself.
4. Montag asks his friends if fireman ever prevented fires and then the alarm sounds.
5. While burning books, Montag decides to hide one underneath his coat because he is curious to see what books were all about.
